Diapers for premature and low-birth-weight babies
For premature babies, fit must be gentle — no cord pressure, no gaps, and changes as advised by neonatal or paediatric care. In the current TODDY range, the smallest size is Mini for 3–6 kg (48 units). Babies under 3 kg or in specialist care may need a different product — always follow hospital or paediatric guidance.
Weight comes first
Hospital or paediatric weight is most reliable. From 3–6 kg, TODDY Mini is the logical size to try. Below 3 kg, follow specialist advice.

Hospital and specialist diapers

Daily comfort check
Check whether tabs close without pinching, there is room at tummy and legs, and the diaper stays in place during movement. A small weight change may mean sizing up — especially if you notice rubbing redness or frequent leaks. This is not medical advice.
