How many diapers does a baby use per day?

The number varies — newborns use more, then it tapers off. This guide is for planning, not strict rules.

By age

Newborn: ~8–12/day. 2–6 months: ~6–8. 6–24 months: ~5–6. 2+ years: ~4–5 if still in diapers.

Monthly use

Daily count × 30. Use the homepage calculator.

Packs

Count per pack varies by size — contact us for exact numbers.

Daily comfort check

Check whether tabs close without pinching, there is room at tummy and legs, and the diaper stays in place during movement. A small weight change may mean sizing up — especially if you notice rubbing redness or frequent leaks. This is not medical advice.
